Available endpoints

`GET /api/v1/news`	`news:read`	Read the published news dataset.
`GET /api/v1/smart-wallets`	`smart-wallets:read`	Read the paginated Smart Money list.
`GET /api/v1/meme-signals`	`meme:read`	Read published meme-token alerts.
`GET /api/v1/ai-signals`	`ai-signals:read`	Read the published AI signal snapshot.
`GET /api/v1/usage`	Any active API key	Read account-level API usage.

All dataset endpoints are read-only. The AI Signals endpoint returns an already published snapshot; it does not generate a new signal or submit an order.
