# Plans and access

> How Free, Pro, and Elite access affect gHypurr features.

gHypurr access is determined by the effective plan shown in your account.
Feature availability and quotas can change, so the live
[Pricing page](https://ghypurr.com/pricing) is the source of truth.

## General access model

* **Free** provides public and preview access where shown in the product.
* **Pro** unlocks full research datasets, API access, and published signals.
* **Elite** includes higher API limits and the live-copy features currently
  enabled for eligible accounts.

API keys require an active Pro or Elite entitlement, current API Terms, and an
authentication event within the previous 15 minutes.

## Consent is separate from a plan

A paid or trial plan does not replace required consent. The product can require
current Terms, Privacy, Risk, API, or Copy-trade consent before the associated
feature becomes available.

## Expiration and plan changes

When an entitlement expires, new protected actions can stop being eligible.
Existing safety controls remain available where the product shows them. Review
your account page before relying on continued API or copy-trading access.
